ATHS respects your privacy, so the following procedures have been established to ensure the personal information gathered is held in complete confidence.

ATHS does not collect non-public personal information about you. The information collected is used for defined purposes. It assists us with processing your purchases, improving your online experience and to share company news, new product releases, and offerings with you. You may at anytime ask to see the personal data you have with us and request correction or deletion.
We only request information from you when you:
1. Register as a member with ATHS
2. Place an order
3. Renew an ATHS membership
4. Request assistance
ATHS does not seek to collect personal information about children, unless they are a member.

Your right to privacy and data security is a primary concern to us. ATHS does not disclose information about our members or from members to anyone, except as required by law.
Confidentiality & Security:
ATHS restricts access to your public account information to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your public personal information.
The availability of items on ATHS.org is indicated on the product page for each item. This is only an estimate, but is a good indicator of when your order is shipped. Please keep in mind that we process and ship orders during business hours from Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or U.S. statutory holidays. If you ordered multiple items, and the availability of these items differ, ATHS.org will make an effort to ship items separately, as they become available. Shipping charges for split orders will not exceed what you authorized.
Here is what you can expect when the availability for a product is indicated as:
Usually ships in 1-2 weeks:
This item is stocked on a regular basis and should be available for shipment.
Usually ships in 2-5 weeks:
This item may come from a small, independent supplier. As a result, the delivery time of the product is difficult to predict.

If we don’t have a particular item in stock when you order it, we’ll let you know by e-mail.

ATHS values our relationship with you and offers a return policy for non-promotional priced products that you purchase directly from ATHS. Under this policy, you must return the product within 90 days of purchase date. Products that you purchased directly from ATHS will be credited or refunded for the price paid. ATHS will not be responsible for cost of shipping and handling of returned Product(s).
Return Policies, Exchanges: You must return Product to us in its original packaging. You are responsible for risk of loss, shipping and handling fee for returning or exchanging Product. Additional fees may apply. ATHS is not responsible whatsoever for Product that is lost, damaged, modified or otherwise processed for disposal or resale.
How to Return: To return Product(s), contact ATHS customer service (membership@aths.org) or call (816) 891-9900 within the 90 days of purchase date.
• Ship back all Product(s) you are seeking to return to ATHS. At ATHS discretion, credit for partial returns may be less than invoice or individual component prices due to bundled or promotional pricing and any unadvertised discounts or concessions.
• Return the Product(s) in its original packaging, in as-new condition along with any media, documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment.
• Ship the Product(s) at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
Upon receipt of the complete returned purchase, a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping and handling and applicable restocking fees, will be issued.
